Crystal Palace have signed Ghanaian international Jeffrey Schlupp from Leicester City for an initial £9m on a four-and-a-half-year contract in a deal that could be worth up to £12m.
Ghana international Schlupp has rarely featured for the Premier League champions this season having made just six appearances in all competitions.
Leicester rejected a bid worth £9.5m bid from Palace this week but they accepted an improved offer on Thursday which will see them pay another £3m in bonuses.
West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa were also interested in signing the 24-year-old, who was left out of the Ghana squad for the Africa Cup of Nations and is expected to be part of the Palace squad for the game against West Ham United on Saturday with the club having beaten the deadline to register players.
