Victor Moses pulls out of friendlies
Victor Moses has pulled out of Nigeria’s friendly matches against DR Congo and Cameroon which are scheduled to be played this week in Belgium.
Moses informed the Nigeria Football Federation on Sunday that he has decided to not take part in the friendlies to avoid injury.
Moses went onto social media to express his disappointment, tweeting to say: ” Unfortunately I’m not fully fit and so can’t go with Nigeria this week but want to say I’m proud to be Nigerian and love my country, I will always give 100% whenever I play for my country and thanks for all your support.”
Another player who withdrew from Sunday Oliseh’s squad is Chelsea loanee Kenneth Omeruo, currently at Turkish Club Kasimpasa.
