Yaya Toure has announced he will be wearing new Puma evoPOWER boots in Manchester City’s match at Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
The former Ivory Coast international tweeted on Friday his excitement to wear the new boots in City’s Premier League fixture at White Hart Lane on Saturday.
“I cannot wait to use my new @pumafootball #evoPOWER boots!!! #NewTools” Toure posted on Twitter.
He currently has one league goal to his name, which he scored in his side’s 3-0 victory at West Brom earlier this season.
Toure will be hoping his new boots will be able to see him reach the goalscoring heights of two seasons ago, when he scored 20 league goals, having come under some criticism last season when he scored half as many.
The 32-year-old has made eight appearances for City so far this season.
