The AFS TOTW three man midfield are all debutants this week. Ibrahima Traore’s 88th minute goal sealed three points for Borrusia Mochengladbach over rivals Bayer Leverkusen in the race for Europe. Ngolo Kante was outstanding for Ligue 1 surprise team Caen as they defeated high-flyers Lyon by three goals to nil. Leicester City hero Riyad Mahrez completes the midfield after his brace over Southampton boosted the Foxes bid to stay in the Premier League.

St. Etienne’s Max Gradel a regular in this season’s AFS TOTW returns in our 4-3-3 formation this week. The Ivorian was at his best and helped himself to a goal as the Greens walloped a disappointing Nice side 5-0. Ghana’s Jordan Ayew arguably a breakthrough season for him at Lorient makes the team this week following his side’s 4-0 win at Metz. Ayew found the target in the 84th minute to complete the rout. Mame Biram Diouf got himself on the scoresheet as he led the line to perfection in Stoke City’s 3-0 win at home over Tottenham.
