AFSTZ: Bouremouth sign Gradel
Bournemouth have completed the signing of Ivory Coast forward Max Gradel for £7 million from St Etienne.
The one-time Cherries loanee has returned to the club on a permanent basis, having scored 17 goals in Ligue 1 last season.
Bournemouth, who have reached the Premier League for the first time, are desperate to bolster their squad with quality and experience ahead of the new season which kicks off on Saturday.
Gradel netted 10 times during 38 appearances when on loan at the club when they were in League One and will be desperate to score as many this season, to help the club avoid an instant return to the Championship.
The 27-year-old has also played for fellow Premier League side Leicester City and Leeds United, but the club are yet to announce the signing on their official website.
